Order Processing times:

Order processing time is between 3-5 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.

  1. a) United States, United Kingdom, Canada,  Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand ~ 7 to 15 business days.
  2. b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Colomdia, Norway, Kosovo, Sweden, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Germany, France, Russia, Italy, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, Lithuania, Romania, Philippines, Indonesia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates,  Kuwait, Qatar,  Jordan, Bahrain,  ~ 10 to 16 business days. Jamaica  ~ 10 to 20  business days.
  3. c) Lebanon, Morocco, South Africa, Montenegro, Albania, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, India, Dominican Republic,  ~ 15 to 25 business days. Ecuador, Peru, 35-55 days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 business days has passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at support@mansdistric.com and we'll check it out for you right away.

Order cancellations
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 12 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it.Nonetheless, do drop us an email at support@mansdistric.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

Important note: Please note that all specified estimated delivery times are based on normal conditions. From time to time, we encounter large volumes of international traffic, especially with the onset of the New Year holidays, minor delays are possible due to the heavy workload of transport companies.

Also note that customs in some countries require more time to clear and scan incoming parcels, which explains the difference in the estimated delivery times mentioned above.
Please note that the customs office of your country may charge customs fees that you will pay yourself.
We are not responsible for customs fees as each country has its own laws and customs fees for imported goods.

Expedited delivery of $9.95 is not an express delivery but reduces the processing and dispatch time of the goods, thereby the goods are sent faster.

Express Shipping by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (3-7 days):

For enquiries on upgrading your order to express shipping, please send us an email at support@mansdistric.com  immediately after placing your order with us and we'll respond to you with a quote and invoice for online payment. Do note that shipping by the express method costs about US$30-$50 per item, depending on the country it is being shipped to.

 

Orders that are unable to be delivered


We are not responsible for all parcels that were rejected, unclaimed at the local post office or were not delivered to the address due to the fact that you entered the wrong name or address when placing the order. We reserve the right to charge a fee for restocking and shipping costs incurred in the amount of 30-50% of the value of the goods if the buyer refused to receive the parcel and it was returned back. Therefore, please do not forget to carefully check the delivery conditions before ordering, as well as your address when placing an order. :)

Separate packages

If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email at support@mansdistric.com  and we'll take care of it right away. :)
